Egg Share – Katy

I love being able to support this family farm with our egg share. We have had one for about a year and will keep it for as long as we can! For one, the eggs are the BEST ever. They are so yummy and a much better egg than anything I could buy in the store. It also doesn’t hurt that I can pick up my eggs with my 4-year-old and he can see the “Ladies!” He loves to visit the farm and hang out with the chicks. I love that he sees how his food is produced and meets the animals that are producing our food. The family is super friendly and welcoming. ~Katy Feldt

Great Diversity & Quality Produce – Mariel

Everything about Fleischer Family Farm is outstanding! We have been a part of the egg share and CSA program, devouring everything we receive! The eggs are truly spectacular. Their creamy yolk is far better than any eggs you could buy in a store. Receiving the CSA box is a culinary inspiration! We LOVED that every week there were different offerings to be tried. From patty pan squash to purple peppers, the variety is greater than you’ll find in most grocers and even farmer’s markets. Supporting our community’s local farmer is very important to us and the Fleischer’s have established a wonderful community around them. We should applaud not only their dedication but also celebrate the fruits of their labor!  ~Mariel Little

Great CSA! – Lincoln

The CSA with Paul, Chelsie, and the kiddos is one of the things we most look forward to each year. Not only do we get to see their faces each Sunday afternoon, but we walk away with an assortment of goodies to cook with throughout the week. Our personal favorites are definitely the spicy arugula and the unusual squashes we get later in the season, but most of all we love the variety!   ~Lincoln Deffenbaugh (CSA Member since ’16)
